Connect existing mailboxes over IMAP/SMTP

AgenticMailCenter turns an existing mailbox into an agent-owned workflow endpoint with visible controls and logs. Metadata-only storage is optional; full storage remains the default unless changed.

Connected identity per agent

Connect an existing provider-hosted email identity to each agent workflow.

Inbound workflow events

Detect received mail and expose it as actionable events.

SMTP outbound path

Send email through the connected provider path.

Actions and webhooks

Route email-driven work to automation endpoints.

Logs and audit history

Inspect inbound event metadata, sends, policy decisions, and action history.

Configurable metadata-only storage

Store provider locators and message metadata without durable inbound bodies, snippets, or attachment bytes. The Gateway never stores full MIME.

Bounded provider content retrieval

An authorized operator explicitly requests bounded provider content, marked no-store and kept transient in the web view.

Tenant-key field encryption

Database-backed deployments encrypt protected message, draft, and enrichment fields with tenant-specific data keys.

Scheduled data lifecycle

Database-backed workers run configured retention and erasure jobs for Gateway-owned data.

Drafts and audit evidence are Gateway-owned records. Operators still manage external key destruction and pruning external backups.
