Agent-owned email
Each workflow connects to a provider-hosted mailbox identity operators can understand.
AgenticMailCenter is built around a simple shift: agents should not borrow messy human inboxes. They should use dedicated, provider-hosted email identities connected to a controlled SMTP path, workflow actions, and an audit trail.
The mail provider remains the mailbox system of record. In explicit metadata-only mode, the Gateway durably stores provider locators and message metadata, not inbound bodies, snippets, attachment bytes, or full MIME. Full storage remains the default unless changed.
Drafts, policy decisions, and audit evidence are Gateway-owned workflow state. Database-backed deployments encrypt protected message, draft, and enrichment fields with tenant-specific data keys and run scheduled lifecycle jobs.

Inbound events, actions, sends, and logs stay in one operator surface.
The connected provider hosts the mailbox while the Gateway coordinates workflow state and explicit content access.
